HEMIS Consortium (HC) is a company limited by guarantee registered in Uganda to provide innovative, cost-effective, intelligent technical solutions and consulting services to educational institutions, businesses, organizations, and government agencies to allow efficient and effective secure access and communication with various heterogeneous information resources and services anytime and anywhere.
The consortium promotes the country’s digital transformation agenda. It oversees the design, development, and maintenance of the Academic Management Information System (ACMIS in short).
